Having Trouble Logging in?

In order to better accommodate our clients, we at Roadside Multimedia have provided a detailed explaination of our new SEP Report System.

In order to view your Search Engine Reports, you will need to login to your report account using a unique Username and Password.

Once logged in to your Roadside SEP account you may notice that the layout is a little different from what you are used to. We will take time to explain page by page what you are looking at, how to navigate, and how to customize your Username and Password.

If you require additional support you may call Roadside Multimedia at 360.658.2626.

Having trouble logging in?

Example User Name and Password

You should have recieved an E-Mail containing your Username and Password. If you did not recieve this E-Mail please send an E-Mail to This e-mail address is being protected from spam bots, you need JavaScript enabled to view it requesting your Login Information, and we will personally make sure that you recieve your needed information.

If you know your Username but have Lost Your Password, You can click on the "Forgotten Password?" link at the top of the login Page, then type Your user name into the "Username" field and click the "Submit" Button. An E-mail containing your Password will be sent to you within a few minutes.

Your initial Username and Password will be confusing and random. You may want to directly Copy and Paste them from the E-Mail into the Username and Password fields on the Roadside SEP web site. Your Username and Password should be a mix of Upper and Lower case Letters and Numbers (ie. Username: Calvin318, Password: Calv4186). You must take care to type them exactly as they are presented to you in the E-mail, as you will not be able to login unless they are identical to the Username and Password given to you in your E-mail.

A sucessful Login will take you to a page that looks like this.

Logging in to Roadside Sep may be trickey the first time you attempt it because your initial Username and Password have been randomly generated for security reasons. However once you are logged in, setting a Username and Password for your account is relativly easy.

  • Engine Summary Report
  • Keyword Summary Report
  • AWStats

These three options are the three differnt types of reports that we currently keep track of. Click on the appropriate one to view the report of your choice.

Once viewing a report click the "Back" button on your Web Browser to go back to the Report Selection Menu.

Server Log Reports

This report is updated daily. If you are hosted by Roadside Multimedia you can view these reports here; www.yoursite.com/plesk-stat/webstat

Please note that this server log program location has recently changed. If you are used to using /astats, /webstats or /awstats you will need to now use /plesk-stat/webstat.

These server stats produces a graphical report with more options for tracking different criteria, such as how many people visited your site, how they were directed to the site, if they used a search engine and what phrases were used. This information is sorted by day, week and month. This is extremely valuable in tracking how different advertising campaigns affected traffic.

A trick used by many veteran site owners is to have more than one domain name pointing to their main site. They then advertise using one of their extra URLs and then track with the Server Log how many visitors were directed to their main site by way of that extra domain name. If they have several domain names they then can track which advertising campaign works better by assigning a different URL to each campaign. One for a radio spot, one for the yellow pages, one for ... you get the idea. Just remember, your SEP campaign has to be applied to your main site.
